Alice Chung

Head of Operations

Alice Chung is co-founder of the company. She and Philippa have worked together for more than 12 years now. They work in adjacent offices, and some people say they can communicate through the wall without actually speaking.

As Head of Operations, Alice makes sure the company is always functioning fluidly. Alice is the ultimate multi-tasker, and the ultimate anticipator. She quietly and serenely stays always one step ahead of all aspects of operations, both internally and externally; from managing regulatory and compliance aspects, to liaising with custodians and financial institutions, while simultaneously directing the company’s HR processes and IT procedures. She makes sure the office is always equipped, prepared and running smoothly, ready for a full and efficient week’s work.

Outside of the office, Alice has somehow also found the time to become an amazing flower arranger. AND she runs every morning. In-between all of the above, she and her husband are busy renovating their new home, which they’ll soon move into with their beautiful daughter, Angel.

Alice is a partner in the firm.
