Head of Administration

We celebrated when Winnie Chan agreed to join the company in 2006, because Winnie is an administrator par excellence in the industry.

Winnie runs the administration department like a well oiled machine; smoothly and systematically processing the multiple buy and sell orders, contract notes, capital receipts, order processing, reconciliations, record keeping, reporting and the myriad other detailed checks and procedures that, behind the scenes, drive the cogs of our portfolio management process.

As a client, hopefully you’re not even aware of this. As Winnie says, “For an administration process to be excellent, the client shouldn’t be aware that it’s happening”.

Winnie also believes that when an administration department works efficiently, everybody gets home on time each evening. This is a big deal to Winnie, because she has a wonderfully happy family life with her husband, Jack, and six year old daughter, Clarissa. That’s how she loves to spend her time.
