Philippa is an international authority on Behavioral Finance. She has appeared on an elite financial panel with Nobel prize-winner Daniel Kahneman, and is co-author of “The Psychology of Trading”.
She is a frequent keynote speaker at events in Hong Kong, London, Singapore and Australia.
Philippa chairs the Investment Committee and is Director of Investment and Tax Planning.
In 2009 Philippa was named among “Hong Kong’s Most Extraordinary Women in Finance”. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics from the University of Natal, South Africa.
Chris began his career as a convertible bond trader at Lehman Brothers before co-founding the multi-billion dollar hedge fund Arrowgrass Capital Partners.
There, as Portfolio Manager and Global Head of Relative Value, he managed a team of twenty investment professionals, overseeing credit, capital structure, convertible bond, macro and volatility strategies.

Chris holds an MPhil in Economics from Oxford University, an MSc in Quantitative Finance from Bocconi University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
A specialist in hedge fund investment, Jean-Charles was Director of Investment Research for a New York family office.
Prior to that he was an Investment Manager at Decade Investment and Senior Research Analyst at both Stenham Advisors and Montier Partners.
Jean-Charles directs hedge fund selection and allocation.
Jean-Charles has two Masters degrees in Management. He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst and an Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
Mike has 23 years’ investment expertise in Asia. He was Director of Emerging Market Equity and Global Resources at Baring Asset Management and specialised in Asian investment as a Partner at Nevsky Capital.
Mike joined Alquity from F&C Asset Management where he was Director of Emerging Market Equity.
Mike is Head of Asian investments at Alquity Investment Management.
Mike holds a First Class degree in Economics from Southampton University, where he was awarded the Pearce Rowan prize.
Roberto has over 20 years’ specialisation in emerging markets.
He headed the Global Emerging Markets team at Barings, and managed the Latin America funds at both ABN Amro Bank and ING Investment Management.
Roberto heads the Africa and Latin America investment teams at Alquity Investment Management.
Roberto holds a BA in Economics from Boston University and an MBA from F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
